Staff Announcement (Discord and Hub)

I think the title of this suggestion says everything, just want to have the opportunity to be in touch with our Drivers and make an announcement on the Drivershub Dashboard itself instead of using the Discord.

It can be also integrated with Discord, if you post any announcement, it will desplay on the Discord as well.
